Nearly half the homes at Bellway’s new Lysander Fields development in Kings Hill are now complete.

Located off Park Drive, the development will provide 70 two, three and four-bedroom homes once construction finishes later this year.

Mark Harrop, Sales Director at Bellway Kent, said: “Lysander Fields has proved to be a hugely popular development right from the outset, and we are extremely pleased with the progress of the build programme.

“We have now completed 32 homes, all of which have been handed over to their owners apart from the two show homes.

“The high level of interest means that only 14 of the 70 homes have yet to be reserved. The properties still available include apartments, coach houses and three and four-bedroom family homes, with prices starting at £292,995.”

Lysander Fields is the latest residential neighbourhood in Kings Hill, the former RAF West Malling Airfield. The Kings Hill business park provides jobs on the doorstep for residents. The garden village also has three new schools and a range of shops and other amenities alongside plenty of green, open space. 

Bellway is due to start work on a further four developments in Kings Hill, which will deliver an additional 372 new homes.

Mark said: “Many buyers already know the location but are moving from areas surrounding London, such as Sidcup, Dartford and Blackheath. They know they can get great value for money here while still having good transport links to the capital as West Malling railway station is just two miles away.
