A leading South East partnerships housebuilder is moving to a new head office in Kings Hill as it prepares for the future.
Chartway Partnerships Group has taken a lease on nearly 15,000 sq ft of space in 4 Abbey Wood Road that will be home to 150 of its 400 employees.
Group CEO Steve Cresswell said: “The company has enjoyed strong growth since it was founded in 2009 and this move means we can bring all our Kent-based colleagues under one roof in a modern, single-storey building that will help foster our one-team culture.
“Kings Hill is easily accessible for our people and customers and offers both high quality accommodation with ample parking, alongside a pleasant environment with a variety of retail and leisure amenities.
“This new head office – which will also serve as a base for our Kent and Essex regional team – provides a great foundation for the future development of the business.”
Chartway is known for its work building sustainable homes in partnership with housing associations and investors, with a vision to deliver new homes for everyone across south east England.
The new office will be officially opened at the end of January 2025.
Caroline Binns of Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust said: “I am delighted to welcome Chartway Partnerships Group to Kings Hill where they join a cluster of other companies that specialise in the building services industry. This is a substantial letting that leaves 4 Abbey Wood Road completely occupied.”
The landlord is represented by Hanover Green, Altus Group and Knight Frank.
