The first homes at a Lysander Fields are to be completed this spring, including a three-bedroom showhome which will be able to view by appointment once it opens.

All 70 homes at Lysander Fields, which is located off Park Drive, will be sold privately. A total of 35 properties have already been released for sale and, due to the levels of interest and reservations being taken, developer Bellway Kent will soon be releasing more homes.
